Actifed contains triprolidine hydrochloride (antihistamine) and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (decongestant) for the relief of nasal congestion and allergy symptoms.

Adults and children 12+: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours, maximum 4 tablets in 24 hours.
