Cialis for men 10 mg film-coated tablets are a treatment for adult men with erectile dysfunction. The leaflet states that it can work for up to 36 hours after taking a tablet.

- Tadalafil | phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that helps blood flow into the penis during sexual arousal
Take one 10 mg tablet at least 30 minutes before anticipated sexual activity, swallowed whole with some water, with or without food. Do not take more than one tablet a day. Cialis for men is not recommended for continuous daily use; if you think you need it at least twice a week, talk to your doctor. Avoid excessive alcohol and take grapefruit juice with caution.
Tadalafil
Do not take if you use nitrates or nitric oxide donors (including amyl nitrite 'poppers') or riociguat, have had a heart attack in the last 90 days or a stroke in the last 6 months, have unstable angina, chest pain during sex, severe heart failure, low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure, have had vision loss from NAION, or have been advised by a doctor to avoid sexual activity. Not for women, men under 18 or men without erectile dysfunction.
