Domerid contains domperidone 10mg, a generic equivalent to Motilium, for the short-term relief of nausea and vomiting in adults and adolescents aged 12+ (weighing at least 35kg).

Domperidone 10mg
Hypersensitivity to domperidone. Not for children under 12 or under 35kg. Prolactinoma. GI haemorrhage or obstruction. Moderate to severe hepatic impairment. Contraindicated with QT-prolonging drugs (ketoconazole, erythromycin, clarithromycin, amiodarone, sotalol, escitalopram, citalopram) or potent CYP3A4 inhibitors.
