- LOPERAMIDE | Slows bowel movement to reduce diarrhoea. SIMETICONE | Breaks up gas bubbles in the bowel to relieve cramps and bloating.
Adults: 2 tablets initially, then 1 after each loose stool. Adolescents 12-18: 1 tablet initially, then 1 after each loose stool. Maximum 4 tablets in 24 hours, for a maximum of 2 days.
