Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Hot Lemon 1000mg is a lemon-flavoured powder that you dissolve in hot water, containing 1000 mg of paracetamol per sachet. It is used to relieve symptoms of colds and flu, including fever, headache, sore throat and body aches and pains.

- Each sachet contains 1000 mg paracetamol; the Irish product contains no decongestant
- For adults, the elderly and children aged 16 and over
- Available in packs of 5 and 10 sachets
- Maximum 4 sachets in 24 hours, at least 4 hours apart
- Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing product
- Contains sucrose, aspartame and 127.57 mg sodium per sachet

Adults, the elderly and children aged 16 and over: dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a mug of hot, but not boiling, water; sweeten to taste if preferred. Take 1 sachet up to 4 times a day; the dose may be repeated after 4 hours. Do not take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours. If you weigh under 50 kg, are malnourished, dehydrated or drink alcohol heavily, do not take more than 2 sachets a day unless a doctor advises. Do not give to children under 16. See a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 3 days or you have a high fever.
Paracetamol 1000 mg per sachet
Do not take if allergic to paracetamol or any ingredient, or with other paracetamol-containing products. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you have liver or kidney problems, weigh under 50 kg, drink heavily, take warfarin or flucloxacillin, or have phenylketonuria (contains aspartame) or diabetes (contains sucrose).
