Milk of Magnesia contains magnesium hydroxide, which acts as both a fast-acting antacid and a gentle osmotic laxative for the relief of indigestion and constipation.

- Adults and children 12+: take as directed for antacid or laxative use
- Do not take for more than 7 days without medical advice
- Caution with kidney disease
- MAGNESIUM HYDROXIDE | Neutralises stomach acid (antacid effect) and draws water into the colon to stimulate bowel movement (osmotic laxative effect).
Antacid: adults 10-20ml up to 4 times daily between meals and at bedtime. Laxative: adults 30-45ml at bedtime. Take with water.
