Nuromol combines ibuprofen and paracetamol in a single tablet, providing dual-mechanism pain relief for more effective relief of moderate pain than either ingredient alone.

- Active ingredients: Ibuprofen 200mg and Paracetamol 500mg per tablet
- Not for children under 12
- Do not take alongside any other ibuprofen or paracetamol-containing product
- Contraindicated in the third trimester of pregnancy

Adults and children 12+: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed, maximum 3 tablets in 24 hours. Space doses at least 4 hours apart.

Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin or other NSAIDs. Active or history of peptic ulcer. Contraindicated in the third trimester of pregnancy. Do not take with any other ibuprofen or paracetamol-containing products.
