Telfast contains fexofenadine, a non-drowsy second-generation antihistamine for the relief of hayfever and allergy symptoms.

- Adults and children 6+; non-drowsy at standard doses
- Avoid taking with grapefruit juice; space at least 2 hours from antacids

Adults: 1 tablet (120mg) once daily for hayfever. Take with water (not fruit juice). Children 6-11: reduced dose; follow pack guidance.
