This medicine contains sildenafil 50mg for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men aged 18 and over. It is a Pharmacy Only medicine — a pharmacist consultation is required before supply.

- Not for use by women or anyone under 18 years
- Absolutely contraindicated with nitrate medicines (e.g. GTN spray) — risk of severe blood pressure drop
- Sexual stimulation is required for it to work
- Takes 30-60 minutes to work; effects last up to 4 hours
- SILDENAFIL | A phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels in the penis
- increasing blood flow and enabling an erection in response to sexual stimulation.
Take 1 tablet approximately 30-60 minutes before sexual activity. Sexual stimulation is required. Do not take more than 1 tablet in 24 hours. Avoid taking with a high-fat meal as this may delay onset.

Hypersensitivity to sildenafil or any excipient. Concomitant use of any nitrate or nitric oxide donor (e.g. glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate) — this combination can cause a severe, potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure. Severe hepatic impairment. Recent stroke or myocardial infarction. Low blood pressure. Hereditary degenerative retinal disorders. Concomitant use of potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g. ritonavir, saquinavir). Not for use by women or anyone under 18 years.
