- Do not apply inside the nostrils or near the eyes

- CAMPHOR & EUCALYPTUS OIL | Produce a cooling vapour that helps relieve the sensation of nasal congestion and soothe coughs.
Massage a thick layer onto the chest and back, or add to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water for inhalation, as directed on the pack.
