Zirtek contains cetirizine, a non-drowsy (second-generation) antihistamine for the relief of hayfever and other allergy symptoms.

- CETIRIZINE | A second-generation antihistamine that blocks histamine receptors to relieve allergy symptoms
- with a lower tendency to cause drowsiness than older antihistamines.
Adults and children 6+: 1 tablet (10mg) once daily. Children 6-12 may be advised half a tablet twice daily by a pharmacist.

Hypersensitivity to cetirizine, hydroxyzine, or other piperazine derivatives. Severe kidney disease (creatinine clearance below 10ml/min). Tablet form not recommended under 6 years.
